The hotel has a really modern room with many high-quality, classy features, albeit a bit warm due to lack of ventilation. The service was outstanding with lovely and friendly staff, especially helpful on Armed Forces Day. The location is great, just a short walk to the middle of town and perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was excellent value for money, with a nice surprise of free kids' breakfasts. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, although sleeping with the window open was noisy due to some generator clicking outside and a stale smell. The recent refurbishment added a positive touch, and the staff were very friendly. The service was impeccable, with a helpful and friendly team from check-in to parking and sight-seeing assistance.
